What to Expect
We are delighted that you have chosen to consult with Dr. Randolph. Plan to spend about an hour with us. You’ll meet both our patient coordinator, Ashleigh, and Dr. Randolph on your first visit. We’ll talk about your expectations and give recommendations for the best way to meet your goals.
Cosmetic Consultation Patients
There is a $90 charge for the consultation. If you schedule surgery following the consultation, this fee will be applied towards the surgery. Our scheduling policy requires a 25% deposit to reserve your surgery date.
After your consultation, you will be given a complete cost analysis that will include all fees for your surgery.
Reconstructive Procedure Patients (Including Breast Reduction)
Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.
After your consultation, pictures may be taken to submit to your insurance company.
What to Bring
- Medical History form- complete the online form, print if and bring it with you.
- Mammogram – If you are coming in regarding any kind of breast surgery, and are age 35 or older, you will need to have a current (last 12 months) mammogram to proceed with surgery.
- Insurance Card – If your consultation is for reconstructive surgery, including breast reduction, please bring your insurance card to your appointment. Also, be prepared to have pictures taken to submit to your insurance company.
